Most parts orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 weeks...depending on how many orders are being processed and how many orders are priority.
Some items like fully assembled launchers, Supah-Valves and rifled pipe may take longer depending on inventory levels and how many orders are in line.
Priority handling is availble during checkout for an aditional %35. priority handling moves your order ahead of the non priority orders.
All sales are final!!! No warranty is expressed or implied. We may, at our discretion, repair or replace an item that is not working properly due to an error on our part. If you have a problem with or question about any merchandise purchased from the Spudtech LLC, please contact us. You are responsible for the shipping cost both ways.
Shipping Charges: The shipping amount calculated by the shopping cart is estimated. The actual shipping you are charged for some items may be different. You will be notified prior to build if the actual shipping cost is higher than estimated. Shipping charges will never be refunded under any circumstances.
International Shipping: Spudtech LLC will not be responsible for your package getting lost or held/confiscated by customs. Therefore Spudtech LLC will not refund or replace international orders. You are responsible for any taxes/duties/fees. You must be aware of your local laws that may prohibit the products you purchase.
Imperfections: PVC products are not flawless. Almost all pipe and fittings have dings, scratches and scuffs. Therefore almost all products will have imperfections.

Spudtech LLC does not accept responsibility for any orders placed with Joel Suprise.
Current order numbers 200001 or greater are orders placed with Spudtech LLC and will be filled by Spudtech LLC. Old order numbers less than 200001 are the responsibility of Joel Suprise.
Joel is still working on filling some old orders. If your payment has been processed Joel said he is working on filling the orders. If your payment has not been processed the order is considered expired and you need to submit a new order with Spudtech LLC.
