CUSTOMER SERVICE ANOUNCEMENT: Due to a particular city ordinance, I can no longer run Spudtech out of my home shop legally.  Therefore, as of 6/29/07, no merchandise orders will be taken untill the business sells and someone else takes over.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  I am sorry for the inconvenience but don't e-mail me asking "can I still get one of these???"  The answer is NO and you will not get a reply. Welcome to the Communications Center for the SGTC. Be sure to check out the FAQ section and the multitude of information on the Spudfiles.com Forums first as this may answer your question. Questions already answered in the FAQ section, Forums, or somewhere else on the site will not get a reply!!! I don't have the time to answer e-mails from people who are too lazy to look through the site to find the information they are looking for. Also....breathing requires and IQ of atleast 3. If I decide based on your e-mail that you should be on a respirator....you won't get a reply either because you sure as hell shouldn't be playing with or attemting to construct a device that will hurl a large object at several hundred feet per second. (If you do not understand the underlying meaning of the last 2 sentences....feel free to ask your questions on the Spudfiles.com Forums and many people with much lower diplomacy skills than my own will be sure to clarify the issues you have at hand.) A note to all existing customers.  If you purchase or recieve as a gift a piece of merchandise from the SGTC and you have questions about it or how it should operate....Shoot me an e-mail me with your problem/question and please include a phone number that I may reach you at.                             I can't troubleshoot a problem with a launcher or valve via e-mail very well. If you like the way the website is designed, you may contact my web designer at derreck.dean@prestige-ventures.com to inquire about having some web development done for your site. He is very talented and can incorporate some very cool applications into a website. He does not have any knowledge of launchers nor is he affiliated with the SGTC in any way.
